Renovation of 19th century public house

LSAD were appointed to Project Manage the extension and complete renovation of a considerable victorian building for a private landlord.
The project involves the addition of two first and second floor extensions, the addition of another floor inside a mansard roof as well as the removal of all the interior structure of the building and the replacment with a new steel frame.

The building is originally a public house of 19th century construction, and is of distinguisehd periodical style. The additional extension parts are being constructed to enhance the existing character of the building, this requires the bespoke construction of matching stonework, brickwork detailing and windows.

The building will be fitted out to comprise 9no residential dwellings as well as prime retail space.

The project was mostly completed early 2017.
