Liebel from LSAD was acting on behalf of a social housing provider to look for opportunities for further development whilst meeting a tight criteria.

We identified the development site as a suitable opportunity, we successfully negotiated a deal with the land owners, this required the incorporation of allowances for existing clawback clauses on the title, as well as new overage agreements.
​
We were than appointed as part of the design and development team, the team secured planning consent for a part private part affordable housing scheme, we negotiated a JV agreement with Hill Partnerships who is also the contractor for the scheme.
​
The scheme comprises 65 primarily large family dwellings, communal amenity spaces, an underground car parking facility with around 50 spaces and close to 2000 SqM of retail space.

Construction is expected to reach completion in August 2017 at a cost approaching £22M.
